Kelly Gifford
Director of Client Relations
Kelly joined our team in 2021 and has become a valued asset to our firm and clients. As an extrovert, she loves having conversations with clients and supporting them so they can pursue their financial goals. She also enjoys her interactions with the carriers and brokerage firms that help Standard Equity, Inc. deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.
After an initial discovery meeting, Kelly helps ensure that the application and policy processes are completed accurately, and coordinates team communications so clients stay engaged. She frequently takes on more complex challenges as well, such as confirming that client accounts are set up properly and conducting audits to determine and resolve discrepancies.
Throughout her career, Kelly has taken care of internal and external client relationships for a variety of companies including For Momentum, the Arthritis Foundation, and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG). She earned her MBA in marketing from Mercer University, Stetson School of Business & Economics in Atlanta.
Kelly uses her problem-solving and creativity outside of work as well and enjoys completing complex puzzles and interior design. She also is an avid reader, plays board games with her husband, son, and daughter, and is a fan of several HBO series, including The White Lotus. Kelly has a cat, Minnie, and a cockatiel, Spike.
